My Passion
I have been breeding Shih Tzu's since 2018. My Shih Tzu's are like my children and are very dear to my heart. I will only place my Shih Tzu's with someone that I have screened and believe they will provide a loving forever home. I focus on breeding a high-quality Shih Tzu and would only sell a Shih Tzu that I would be satisfied with if I were purchasing one.
Shih Tzu's are lovers. Anytime I sit and relax there is always at least one Shih Tzu on my lap. It is normally 2 or 3 and they make wonderful blankets during cold weather. I have 8 grandchildren and have never had a negative situation with biting or growling. They always want to be played with by them or just cuddle.
Buyer Agreement
Purchase price is $1800.00 per pup.
Non-refundable $500.00 is required to hold pup.
Pup will remain with breeder until 9-10 weeks of age
Dew claws will be removed
Pup will be wormed
Vaccinations will be up to date
It is agreed between Seller and Buyer that this dog is being acquired as a family companion only and the dog will be used for tasks appropriate to its breed. Purchaser further affirms that he/she will not resell this dog, give it away or by any means provide it to a flea market, auction, pet store, wholesaler, or commercial distributor of dogs, or to any commercial or hobby dog establishment, such as another dog kennel, or for laboratory use nor will it be used for any activity for which it is not suited by reason of temperament or structure. The Buyer also agrees not to ever abandon the puppy/dog, or surrender it to a shelter.
If purchaser wants to surrender Shih Tzu pet, they will contact Joan Parchert and I will assist in locating a suitable home for it or will return dog to Joan Parchert (seller). No money will be refunded if surrender.
My Guarantee
I guarantee Shih Tzu puppies against life-threatening hereditary diseases to one year of age to original purchaser. If such an issue arises within their first year of life the breeder will replace your puppy or refund your purchase price when provided with a veterinarian's written diagnosis reviewed and agreed upon by our veterinarian also. A health record must be submitted also. We do not cover your veterinarian's charges. Undescended testicles, hernias, pinched nostrils, and infertility are not covered. Pinched nostrils normally open up by the time the teeth are in/or by the time puppy reaches puberty. Hernias are common in Shih Tzu. Hernia's can be repaired at same time of neutering or spay. We do not cover costs of neuter, spay or hernia repair.
